Bianka with a "k"
As a visual communicator in such a multifaceted industry, I aspire to show my point of difference amongst my colleagues and peers. Drawing inspiration from my Hungarian culture, American lifestyle, and individualistic sense of self, I create exceptional designs with solid reasoning behind the work.
I draw inspiration from my Hungarian roots, shaped by my American education and lifestyle, which gives me a strong individualistic lens. That’s my point of difference, and it shows up in both my process and my work. I believe the diversity of our influences is what elevates design and helps us create work that truly serves our clients.
I know when a design needs to be clean and “safe,” and when it’s time to break the mold. I’m not afraid to take risks, as long as they’re intentional. Good design blends emotion and strategy. It invites, challenges, and unifies. My process begins with thoughtful research, evolves through color theory and brand intuition, and often lands in bold, joyful, and expressive territory—vivid hues, layered textures, and work that isn’t afraid to stand out.
Currently, I lead Product and Brand Design at On the Goga, where I shape experiences across digital products, marketing, and visual systems. I create user-friendly interfaces, maintain cohesive brand design, and drive alignment between design and business goals. I mentor a junior designer, lead cross-functional strategy, and champion projects that stretch beyond traditional design work, like building scalable quote tools or reimagining how workshops are discovered and shared.
My favorite projects sit at the intersection of function and personality—whether it's a wellbeing app, a pitch deck, or a full brand identity. I take a lot of pride in what I do and genuinely love the work. My designs have appeared across the U.S., Japan, and France for clients including Bolt Mobility and Airbnb’s Natiivo and Niido. I bring energy, warmth, and intention to every project, and I always make room for a little fun along the way.
